I’m not sure I believe in lucid dreaming… but I definitely do this all the time. 

Like, if I can’t fall asleep, I lay on my back with my arms at my sides and do everything I can not to move. and then I just daydream about stuff? Until I fall asleep and can’t control what I’m thinking/dreaming about. 

The thing I don’t get about lucid dreaming (if that’s what it is that I do) is that it’s just like day dreaming… only more vivid I guess? 

It’s really not that great.
